Chris Fucci
CFO/Managing Partner
Chris Fucci is the Founder of CFA. He began his career in commercial real estate, construction, and property management as part of his family-owned businesses that were located in northern New England. Chris has been recognized for his expertise in organizational development, finance placement, business valuation, and merger/acquisition services to clients throughout the US. These clients are in numerous industries including professional services, hospitality, health and wellness, and product distribution and manufacturing. His problem-solving skills produce successful transactions and effective conflict resolution.
As a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Fucci has funded and operated 18 independent for-profit businesses and 3 non-profit organizations.
Kiki McShane
CEO/Managing Partner
Kiki McShane is a co-founder and a managing partner at FarVision Consulting with over 30 years of experience in the business consulting industry providing advisory and organizational development services. She has national and international experience in diverse industries including oil refining, DIY manufacturing, steel fabrication, automobile dealerships, travel and hospitality, education, paper recycling, medical field, and beverage bottling.
Her contributions lead to more effective transitions and problem-solving and reduced organizational development costs. She has experience with complex, fast-paced change unique to entrepreneurial businesses. Her approach devises HOW to solve a problem as well as producing WHAT is needed.
Keith Eddy
Keith Eddy was born in Rutland, VT. and graduated from Mount Saint Joseph Academy and the University of Vermont. He is the former President and Owner of H. A. Eddy Oil Co., Inc., which served the Rutland Region for over 50 years. Under Keith’s administration, H.A. Eddy expanded the home heating business to include wholesale petroleum and propane distribution, and retail propane sales.
In addition, Mr. Eddy developed numerous convenience store/gas outlets during the 70’s and 80’s throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.
Keith Eddy is a licensed salesperson in Vermont and New Hampshire.
Mr. Eddy specializes in residential & commercial sales and leasing and business brokerage in Vermont and New Hampshire.
