Mr. Fucci also became the President and General Partner of Regency Manor Associates, owners of the largest multi-family housing complex in the Rutland Region. He co-developed Lafayette Acres Industrial Park and Route One Self Storage in N. Hampton, N.H. which he presently owns and operates. In 1980, Chris co-founded Moseley & Fucci Associates and Century 21, Moseley & Fucci, in White River Junction, VT. The company grew to be one of the largest property management, maintenance, and sales firms in northern New England with over 3,000 units in its portfolio. Chris formed Chris Fucci Associates in the year 2000 which is currently engaged in real estate sales and construction in N.H. and VT, and international business brokerage and consulting.

The greatest influence in the career of Chris Fucci was his father, Louis J. “Gig” Fucci. Chris’ father grew up during the depression in Rutland, VT., the youngest of seven children born to Italian immigrants. His parents, Cristiano and Ortensia, owned and maintained many apartment houses and commercial buildings in Rutland in the early 1900s. Louis was educated at Mt. St. Joseph Academy in Rutland and attended Northeastern University in Boston, MA., where he studied architecture until joining the army and serving in the European Theater during World War II. He was wounded and decorated at the Battle of the Bulge and returned to this country after a lengthy rehab process in England. He continued his studies at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. and graduated with high honors and a degree in civil engineering. Mr. Fucci was recruited by the Federal Housing Authority out of college and retired after 30 years of service as the Director of Operations at the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development, Manchester, N.H. Northern New England Regional Office. In addition, he actively engaged in real estate development and construction throughout N.H. and VT. Among the numerous projects, Louis Fucci did was Regency Manor in Rutland, VT.

Louis Fucci was a man of great character. His actions, both professional and personal, were formed by an uncompromising commitment to integrity. He strove to make this world a better place through his generosity and caring nature. His spirit is the constant guiding force in all we do at Chris Fucci Associates.
