Kiki McShane is a partner at Chris Fucci Associates involved in business brokerage, commercial and residential real estate, and business consulting. Before real estate and business brokerage, she assisted companies in strategic growth, mergers, and family ownership transitions throughout the US and internationally through her company, Corporate Transitions Inc. (CTI) in Miami, FL. CTI also provided specialized educational programs to the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) at their annual universities and chapter events.
Kiki became a certified associate at the Adizes Institute in Santa Monica, CA, in 1985, where she was part of a strategic planning team to restructure the Bank of America credit card division. As an Adizes Associate, she learned the proprietary process employed to help businesses retain their entrepreneurial capabilities and grow profitable, purpose-driven companies. She launched the Miami division of the Adizes Institute, focusing on Latin America and the Caribbean. After a successful launch, she and another Adizes Associate opened Corporate Transitions, Inc., using the Adizes principles. Their first client was the Isla Oil refinery in Curacao, NA, as it transitioned from ownership of Royal Dutch Shell to Petroleos de Venezuela, SA. In addition, she developed clients in Miami, FL, Albany, NY, Toronto, Canada, Carmel, IN, St Louis, MO, Caracas, Venezuela, New York, NY, and Hookset, NH. She also started and/or bought and sold 3 companies to the next generation of business owners.
Her specialty is using purpose-driven decision-making teams to solve problems and create solutions previously thought to be unattainable. Her mantra is that most solutions already exist, are usually simple but not easy to find. This is where a proven process for both problem-solving and solution implementation, with the right people using the right process, produces the optimal solution.
She was the executive director of a VT non-profit, guidance director of a VT union high school, taught graduate-level business classes at St Michael’s College, Winooski VT, the College of St Joseph, Rutland, VT, and the University of Vermont, Burlington, VT. She was on staff at the VT Family Business Initiative at the University of Vermont. Kiki received an MA from Texas A&M University, Kingsville, TX, and a BA cum laude from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA. She also attended professional development classes at Harvard and UVM
Currently, her focus is on real estate sales, business brokerage, and business consulting. As a team member of CFA, Kiki works with clients who are interested in selling or merging and/or need assistance with their financial or operational issues. KEITH D. EDDY
Keith Eddy is a native of Rutland, VT and a graduate of the University of Vermont. After graduation from college, Keith entered the family business, H. A. Eddy Oil Company, where he moved rapidly into the role of President and eventually became the sole owner. H.A. Eddy Oil began as one of the region’s most reliable and successful home heating oil suppliers, operating from a small facility in Rutland City.
Under Keith’s tutelage, the company expanded by establishing independent trucking capabilities providing access to petroleum resource locations throughout the northeast. The next growth stage for HA Eddy Oil was the development of a state of the art propane gas storage facility to allow them to offer LP gas to their client on a wholesale and retail basis. Keith Eddy then merged into the convenience store and retail gas market by developing numerous locations with these offerings throughout northern New England.
After merging HA Eddy Oil with Irving Oil, Keith received his real estate license in Vermont and New Hampshire with Chris Fucci Associates. Keith has experience in land development, home construction, residential and commercial sales and as a business consultant.
